Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions for participants

  • 70% refund in case of cancellation until April 15th 2026

  • 30% refund in case of cancellation until August 15th 2026

  • No refund after August 15th 2026 but the participant will have the possibility of reselling the spot (inform us in advance)

Cancellation Conditions for the organizer

  • If the organizer has to cancel for any reasons, the total amount incurred for registration will be fully refunded (not the plane ticket)

  • The preceding clause does not concern the eventuality of health crisis; in this case, a postponement will be offered on the next editions
