Booking Confirmation

Your spot is confirmed after a non refund deposit payment of 440€. You will receive a confirmation email with a form to fill out to complete your registration.

Payment

Full payment must be completed by the agreed deadline of august 22nd. Failure to pay we keep the previous payment and cancel your regsitration.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during Moroccan Journey. In case of any medical conditions, inform us in advance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest taking out travel insurance that will cover cancellations, health problems requiring repatriation or any other emergency.

Behavior and Adherence to a code of conduct

Moroccan Journey is a respectful event in a safe place. We expect participants to behave respectfully towrads each other, as well as towards organizers, teachers, artists, Essaouira Lodge's staff, moroccan people in general and Moroccan lows. Any problematic behaviour could result in exclusion from Moroccan Journey and Essaouira Lodge without refund.
